A simulation by a pilot found that the cause of the plane crash was pilot error recently. On Sep. 7, a plane with 45 people including 43 Russian hockey players crashed,44 of them were killed. The media report of Russia said that a pilot operate missed lead to the plane crash.
Opinion: I think although they found the cause of the plane crash,Russia should learn something through this accident. They should check the safety of planes more strict.Increase the funds of traffic. It's the most pratical way.
